Why does my result sometimes show a different date?

The date shown with your result is the date the order was created. This is usually shortly after you paid online. Especially if you have chosen home sampling, the date shown with your result is often not the date on which you received the email saying your result was ready.

Tested with ZIZ more than once? When viewing results, make sure you always click the 'Latest' button so that you see your most recent results.
